The theory i am going to share with all of you is something you guys can't ignore. We all know that in dragonball super manga , Moro is creating a huge havoc for our fighters. He has defeated Goku , Vegeta and Great lord of lords ( Majin Buu ) .

About 10 million years ago , Moro fought with Great Lord of Lords( Dai Kaioshin ) and was actually overpowering him. Having no choice left, Dai Kaioshin uses his secret sealing technique called " KAI KAI MOTARU ".

This caused Moro's magical powers to remain sealed for eternity. But the price for this sacred and powerful technique was loss of huge amount of god powers of Dai Kaioshin. It was explained by merus on Dragon Ball Super Manga chapter 44 that Grand Supreme Kai / Dai Kaioshin was the one who sealed Moro's Powers 10 million years ago.

And 5 million years after this incident Bibidi freed up kid buu and went to attack the world of kais. Majin Buu absorbed South Supreme Kai and after that he defeated Dai Kaioshin easily ( because Dai Kaioshin lost a huge amount of powers in sealing moro).

Majin Buu absorbed the great Lord Of Lords and transformed into FAT BUU. Now this fat buu had Dai Kaio absorbed into him. But we all know after story that how Majin buu was again sealed back by BIBIDI , and in the mean time East Supreme Kai SHIN killed Bibidi and Majin Buu was sealed for ever.

BUT 5 MILLION YEARS AFTER THIS INCIDENT

After 5 million years from this incident ( or we can say around 5-6 years back from current dragonball super timeline ) BABIDI , son of Bibidi again awakened the terrifying MAJIN BUU with the help of MAJIN VEGETA. Now we know the after story that how our heroes fought Buu and how buu absorbed everyone and he came back to his original form of KID BUU. Now something very strange happened when Kid Buu spits Fat Majin Buu away from his body.

But this was explained later on Dragonball Super Manga that during this instance , the physical body of DAI KAIOSHIN was transferred to fat and our good Majin Buu. But Dai Kaioshin's god powers were inside Kid Buu. That specifically means that Kid Buu had those God Powers of Dai Kaioshin which were responsible for sealing Moro's Magical Powers from around 10 million years.

And after this we all know that Super Saiyan 3 Goku killed Kid Buu with Spirit Bomb and during this Dai Kaioshin's God powers were also destroyed which ultimately broke the KAI KAI MOTARU SEAL . And this is not just a theory , this is a 100% true explanation that How Moro got his powers back . And this was told by confirmed by Moro himslef that some of his powers returned few (5 or 6) years back.
